Azhar Waqar

Currently serving as a lecturer at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Pakistan, I blend academic rigor with practical insights drawn from my extensive experience in development projects, policy analysis, and consultancy work. My academic and professional endeavours revolve around analysing geopolitical trends, foreign policy developments, and the evolving power structures in the global arena, with a special focus on the prospects of Asian Century.

My teaching approach is built on four pillars: philosophical insight, theoretical grounding, empirical analysis, and critical thinking. I blend deep conceptual understanding with real-world application, guiding students to connect theory with practice while honing their analytical skills to apprehend complex global issues.
